Pertaining to 'False-Flag' events. The category should be applied to articles and documents that include evidence or allegations that their subject matter was associated with a "false flag" event. The status of an event as 'false flag' need not be proven, or even generally accepted. It is sufficient that it could arguably explain discrepancies, inconsistencies or persistent authoritative counter-assertions, made in the face of evidence.

The term also applies to events where an innocent party is blamed by people not necessarily guilty themselves.
