Attempted impeachment of Dick Cheney
On April 17, 2007, Kucinich sent a letter to his Democratic colleagues saying that he planned to file impeach Dick Cheney. On 19 December 2007 his brother, Perry Kucinich, reportedly died of a fall, aged 52. His sister Beth Ann Kucinich died on 11 November 2008, aged 48.
