Peter Dale Scott is using the rather descriptive term "overworld" , pointing out that "is not too much to say that Wall Street may be the ultimate owner of the Deep State and its strategies"... The word has associations to "underworld". On Wikispooks we are using the term billionaire, and earlier last century millionaire, and sometimes they are classified as deep politician.

Any point in using the term overworld for these people instead? As opposed to our highest term at the moment, deep politician, which implies more hands on activities, and also not necessarily filthy rich. Terje (talk) 04:45, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
