Dresser Industries was a manufacturer of industrial and construction equipment, and provider of oilfield drilling and other industrial services.

Ownership

The group acquired M. W. Kellogg in 1988, which was later merged into Kellogg, Brown and Root, that itself in 1998 was merged into Halliburton.
