Ecosia is a small search engine which draws a lot of its results from Bing.
Lack of subject-specific blocking
As of January 2018, a page from ISGP was the #3 hit on Ecosia for the search term "Dutroux affair"[1] - and several other search engines such as Yahoo, Bing, Yandex and Gigablast also had the page in their top 10 results. By contrast, neither Google, StartPage nor Ask.com returned any hits from the ISGP site in the top 100 when the search term was queried for, although all three had indexed the page.
