Dutch politician, only Minister to have ever "burned" a suspected Mossad agent on a political party list on the order of the AIVD. Also pressured an MP to stop investigating Justice Secretary-General Joris Demmink.

Ernst Hirsch Ballin is a Dutch politician, former member of the Council of State, former Dutch Minister of Justice and possible Mossad spook.

Mossad

Gidi Markuszower was publicly mentioned in 2010 by the AIVD for "sharing information and being under the influence of a foreign intelligence entity", which was hinted by sources to be the Mossad. Ernst Hirsch Ballin called him "a serious threat for the integrity of the Netherlands." Markuszower was - without any suspicion surprisingly - elected MP for Geert Wilders his senate fraction in 2015.[1]

Demmink

In 2013, after repetitious questions on how Demmink was not under arrest if not prosecuted, Dutch MP Pieter Omzigt remarked he was pressured by former Ministers of Justice Ernst Hirsch Ballin and Piet Hein Donner to "shut up" about Demmink. Omzigt also told a Dutch political internet site he was "being shadowed" by the Turkish secret service[2]. Omzigt his remarks were placed on a Dutch activist site called the "Demminkconspiracy" after which he contacted and requested the site to remove his accusations against Donner and Hirsch Ballin (the latter of whom also ran[3] away during a Q&A at a Dutch college when they asked questions about Demmink, was pressured by a vote in parliament asking for a response from Demmink's ministry and a letter from a former associate of Demmink in NRC Handelsblad).[4]
