The Board of Deputies of British Jews objected to publication in its original form and the report was withdrawn. This version was issued on 18 May 2013. There are no obvious changes to it, other than the addition of two new sections (1, Preface and 2, Context). Nonetheless, the episode clearly demonstrates the aggressiveness and power of organised Judaism in the UK when it comes to policing its interests.
