Francisco Bulnes was one of the most influential members of the traditional Right and was active in the 1973 coup against Salvador Allende. Chilean congressman. Senator. Member Council of State under Pinochet. Ambassador to Peru under Pinochet.

He attended Le Cercle in 1985.
