Canadian aluminum executive who attended 3 early Bilderberg meetings.

Fraser 'Scottie' W. Bruce attended 3 early Bilderberg meetings. He worked for the Aluminum Company of Canada.[1]

Career

Bruce began as an apprentice at the Arvida Plant of the Aluminium Company of Canada (ALCAN) after graduation and rose to become its President and Director in 1957 until his retirement in 1969.[2]

His career with ALCAN took him to Japan and the United Kingdom where he held positions of responsibility. During the World War II years, when aluminum was vital to the production of Commonwealth military aircrafts, he was Manager of the Ottawa office of ALCAN.

Bruce made significant contributions to the success of Canadian Executive Service Overseas (CESO), a voluntary non-profit organization that recruited Canadian business and technical talent for service in developing countries.
