James Sherr is member of the Institute for Statecraft and suspected UK Deep state operative. He has worked for Chatham House since 2008.

Activities

Sherr is a member of the IfS "TOR Team" with a reported 20 years of experience. His job title is listed as "Senior mentor" and his other roles as "Russian infowar strategy; western vulnerabilities; countermeasures".[1]

Publications

James Sherr and John Lough published The Skripal Attack Is the U.K.'s Chance to Show Strength Against Russia in Time Magazine on 14 March 2018, about the Skripal Affair, the opening paragraph of which claimed:

There can be little doubt that the Russian government is behind the attempted assassination of double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter. While there were the typical official denials, the Russian state has ways of communicating its innocence to foreign governments. In this case, it has not done so.
