Le Cercle now has 6 monthly meetings on alternative sides of the Atlantic. The US conferences have a separate chair. The current chair is unknown, as is the start date.

It is unknown when the first Cercle conference was held in the USA or who was the chairman, although Theodore Shackley is a strong possibility. He was named as US Chairman of Le Cercle by Richard T. McCormack, who reveals himself to be Shackley's successor.[1]
