Levent Çakıroğlu is a Turkish businessman. In February 2015, Levent Çakıroğlu replaced Turgay Durak as CEO of Koç Holding, also serving on the board of directors of the Vehbi Koç Foundation.[1]

He graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Political Science Department of Business Administration, before completing a master’s degree in public finance at Illinois University.

From 1988 to 1997, he worked as a junior and senior auditor at the Ministry of Finance. In 1997-98, Çakıroğlu was vice chair of the Ministry of Finance Financial Crimes Investigation Board and was also a part-time lecturer at Bilkent University.

In 1998, he joined Koç Holding as financial coordinator. He was general manager of Koçtaş (2002-07) and Migros (2007-08). In 2008, he became general manager of Arçelik, assuming the role of president of Koç Holding Consumer Durables Group in 2010. In April 2015, he became CEO of Koç Holding, joining the Koç Holding Board of Directors in 2016.

He is connected to the World Economic Forum[2]. He spoke at the 2021 online summit between January 25 and 29, where his subject was “Designing Connected and Sustainable Value Chains”.
