Great reset

Speaking virtually at a European Commission conference in November 2022, Máxima came out in support of the digital euro, a programmable currency where all transactions are logged onto a central ledger and certain purchases can be restricted, and part of the Great reset agenda [1]. She pointed out that one in five adults in the EU have not made any digital merchant payments such as online purchases or even using a card to purchase things in a store, and a such a currency would offer a powerful tool to help meet the challenge of broadening this.[2]
