Mark Hackard is an American author and columnist with an interest in Russia and foreign policy. He publishes at Espionage History Archive and The Soul of the East.[1][2]

Education

BA in Russian Language (Georgetown University), MA in Russian, Eastern European and Eurasian Studies (Stanford University).[3]

Career

He appeared on RT in 2014, talking about 2014 Ukraine coup/Civil war.[4]
