Career

Bayles has earlier worked for Radio Liberty and Radio Free Europe, both media outlets have known close connections to the CIA.

Integrity Initiative contact

After a detailed Skype call on the 3rd July 2018, Euan Grant sent Martha Bayles a "Memorandum of cooperation ... about opportunities jointly and separately in North America, UK and elsewhere in Europe for input into media documentaries and fictional entertainment." His plan includes a reminder to "Keep pressure on Martha Bayles." He was interested to speak to her "re possibilities for making use of fictional work for reinforcing messages about Russian hybrid warfare"[1]
