Not to be confused with Michael Ray Aquino, Filipino spook.
Dr. Michael A. Aquino was a careerer officer with the US army specializing in Psychological warfare, he served in the Vietnam War and came to the rank of Lieutenant colonel.
Background
In 1980 Aquino was awarded a Ph.D. from University of California Santa Barbara.
Activities
He founded and lead the Temple of Set[1] and is the co-author of the paper: "From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory";[2][3] co-authored with Paul E. Vallely, which describes application of the 4th generation of warfare to an enemy population.
