Paddy Tipping is Labour MP for Sherwood. He was Parliamentary Secretary to the Privy Council office (1999-2001) and at the same time Deputy Leader of the House of Commons, and was Deputy Leader of the House of Commons for the second time in 2007. He was Chairman of the sub-committee on Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (2001-2005).[1]
