Connections

As Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Paul-Henri Spaak's attache was Étienne Davignon - later to be a longtime Chairman of the Bilderberg group.

Bilderberg

Paul-Henri Spaak attended the Bilderberg conference in 1963, according to the Washington Post![1] What remains unknown is whether he attended before becoming secretary general, the universal pattern since 1971.
