Henry Paul Guinness Channon, Baron Kelvedon, PC was an American-born British politician. He attended Le Cercle.

Career

Paul Channon was UK Transport Secretary when Pan Am Flight 103 was brought down by a bomb over Scottish town of Lockerbie on 21 December 1988.
