PepsiCo, Inc. is an American multinational food, snack and beverage ('junk food') corporation. It also has ties to the biomedical industry.
During the Cold War, the corporation sometimes provided business cover to CIA agents abroad.[citation needed]
The board members have ties to Google, the Ford Foundation. Sharon Rockefeller[1] was a prevous board member.
