The Much Hon. William Jolly known professionally as Stephen Jolly, is a member of the Institute for Statecraft.

Background

Jolly was educated at Christ's College, Cambridge where he took First Class Honours in English, was a Bachelor Scholar and College Prizeman; the University of Sussex; and the University of British Columbia, Canada, where he held both a Commonwealth Scholarship and a Killam Fellowship[1] in the late 1980s.

Career

A former instructor at the British Defence Intelligence and Security Centre, Chicksands, Jolly has been linked by web sources to Shadow, a precursor to the now defunct 15 (UK) Psychological Operations Group, which was subsumed into the British Army's 77 Brigade in 2015.[2][3]
