This template creates a section listing the events which were ongoing during the year {{PAGENAME}}.
The template can only be used on pages which are numerical, e.g. "1967". It does not yet support pages such as 1967/May.
It no parameters and makes some or all of the following sections:

Group(s) that were wound up
Event(s)
New Website(s)
Website(s) that closed
The pages are listed underneath, sorted by date.
