WP and WS page boxes

I've put these boxes one above the other rather than side by side. This was prompted by the Wikipedia:1994 London Israeli Embassy attack page. The length of the text could not be accomodated on a single table line and the result was a serious garbling of the page presentation. --Peter P (talk) 13:23, 13 May 2013 (IST)
