US GOV Department, links to Goldman Sachs

The US Department of Treasury manages federal finances by collecting taxes and paying bills and by managing currency, government accounts and public debt of the US.

Currency Manipulation

The department named China, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam as potential countries to "manipulate" currency, and possibly engage in practices and government policies that are similar, putting them on a "permanent watch-list".[1]

Influence of Goldman Sachs

Many personnel from Goldman Sachs are usually appointed to key positions in the United States Department of the Treasury.[2]
