He was invited attend a Le Cercle meeting in London, on June 21, 2013, where he gave a speech on "Eastern Europe between Stagnation in the West and Rapid Growth in the East".[1]

On June 20, 2014, he spoke at Le Cercle on "Is There Any Reason for the Czech Republic to Celebrate the First Ten Years in the EU?"[2]
