|WpIntro=The Wikipedia page is a comprehensive treatment of the incident but shows substantial bias eg it uses self-published sources to attack the character of Captain Ward Boston. Boston made a startling declaration 35 years after acting as senior counsel to the original US Court of Inquiry.

Careful reading of the Wikipedia section "[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Liberty_incident#Details_in_dispute Details in Dispute]" will probably convince most readers that the Israeli attack could not have been an accident, but the rest of the article manages to be both wordy and superficial.

|WpIntro=The Wikipedia page is unclear, one sided and contains a plethora of largely insignificant opinions. Only the section "[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Liberty_incident#Details_in_dispute Details in Dispute]" provides much that is relevant to the unnecessary "dispute" over responsibility.

The Wikispooks page is an easier-reading account and is based on the first-hand narratives of the American survivors (surely more valuable than the subsequent statements and arguments of others!). The cover up by US and Israeli governments is discussed. The article includes a section on bias at the Wikipedia article and a very interesting comparison of all the "Reliable Sources" which touch on the subject, casting considerable doubt on the Wikipedia version. A "straw-man" argument favored by Israeli-firsters is discussed.
