Ali Hikmet Alp was a Turkish diplomat who attended the 1994 Bilderberg meeting.
Background
He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 1954.
Career
He has held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and worked as an adviser to the Embassy of India, Yugoslavia[1] and the Permanent Representative to the OSCE and the Ministry of National Defense.
