John Huang was appointed Assistant Secretary of Commerce for International Economic Policy in return for his campaign contributions to Bill Clinton, which he was later convicted for.

Charles “Chuck” Meissner, 54, was serving as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for International Economic Policy and responsible for international commercial policy development when he died in the same plane crash as Ron Brown in 1996, a part of the Clinton body count.[1]

Thomas J. Duesterberg, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for International Economic Policy ,later became a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. [2]
