Like catastrophic terrorist attacks and pandemics, a Catastrophic Power Outage has long been an area of high interest deep state groups looking for "a new Pearl Harbor moment"[citation needed].

Overview

The deep state talk of an electromagnetic pulse or a cyberattack knocking out the US electricity grid has been increasing during 2020,[1] leading to increased planning. It is unclear how much other countries are involved in the planning.

Russia, China, North Korea, Iran and other designated US enemies are aware of the US potential to knock out their power system.

  • Western public opinion is being prepared for the same countries being singled out as a culprit for such an attack. For example,

during the Russiagate psychological operation, the Russians were accused of hacking the Vermont power gird,[citation needed] a claim that was soon debunked[citation needed], but which conditioned the public to the idea.

  • The US has established a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to handle" severe natural disasters, cyber-physical attacks, electromagnetic events, or some combination"that "present new challenges for protecting the national power grid and recovering quickly from a catastrophic power outage."[2]
  • The President’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) was tasked to examine the nation’s ability to respond to and recover from a catastrophic power outage of a magnitude beyond modern experience, exceeding prior events in severity, scale, duration, and consequence[3].
  • The subject has been wargamed, including in the 2010 In the Dark workshop.

In July 2020, Deep state actor Klaus Schwab 'predicted' "comprehensive Cyberattacks bringing power supply, transportation, hospitals services - out society as a whole, to a halt" in the near future. (Bitchute link[6])
