Christian Kind was a Swiss journalist and editor.

Kind was a foreign correspondent for many years, from Vienna via Delhi and London to Bonn, the capital of the Federal Republic of Germany at the time.[1][2]

Kind later became head of the NZZ foreign editorial office. He led the team of foreign correspondents stationed around the world from 1981 to 1992, through the final phase of the Cold War and the unification of the two parts of Germany, but also through the conflicts and wars in the Balkans.
