The basic image is a screenshot of audacity displaying the sound waves of the two audio clips posted at https://archive.org/details/BBCSyriareport1
Observe that Dr. Rola's speech is identical give or take background noise (which can be easily adjusted by software). The timing in particular reveals that these are not two different recordings, but one take with a different level of background noise.
The top two tracks are the left and right audio channels from the one report, the bottom two are the left and right channels from the other. The identical text for the first 11 seconds is shown in the center. The different texts of the last few seconds are captioned differently.
