A hotel is a building that provides lodging, meals, and other services to the traveling public on a commercial basis.[1] Hotels have always been prime intelligence gathering locations. They provide natural meeting spaces for sensitive conversations, easy justification for surveillance equipment, access to guests' communications and activities, and plausible cover for business meetings with international clientele.
