Ian Maxwell is a British businessman and co-founder, with brother Kevin Maxwell, of the think tank Combating Jihadist Terrorism.[1]
In the 1990s, Maxwell was acquitted of charges of criminal financial malpractice relating to the business activities of his father, publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell.[2]
