Informa is a long established group of companies. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
Informa owns the two major anti-terrorism journals Terrorism and Political Violence and Studies in Conflict and Terrorism which are both dominated by figures from RAND and the University of St. Andrews.
