Ambassador Stevens was killed in Benghazi. This came after the 2011 Attacks on Libya. Several writers have alleged that the official narrative is a cover up, and that the US authorities lied about his death.[1][2] There is speculation that he himself was a CIA agent,[3] tasked with bringing back Stinger missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya.[4]
