Le Cercle

The June 1983 guest list of Le Cercle lists "John Lichowski" under "USA" as "NSC" - presumably a reference to the US National Security Council. Since there appears to be no references to this name elsewhere. The other USA delegates are Donald Jameson and Ted Shackley (listed as 'industralists'), Lee Edwards and William Schneider.
