Kurt Georg Kiesinger was a German politician.

Activities

The Langemann papers revealed that BND spooks stole documents from US archives which inmplicated Kurt-Georg Kiesinger in Nazi war crimes. It is unknown whether he was blackmailed in this regard.

Kiesinger left federal politics for eight years to serve as Minister President of Baden-Württemberg, and subsequently became German Chancellor by forming a grand coalition with Willy Brandt's Social Democratic Party.
