In its own words:
"Media Lens is a response based on our conviction that mainstream newspapers and broadcasters provide a profoundly distorted picture of our world. We are convinced that the increasingly centralised, corporate nature of the media means that it acts as a de facto propaganda system for corporate and other establishment interests. The costs incurred as a result of this propaganda, in terms of human suffering and environmental degradation, are incalculable. ... Our aim is to raise awareness of the systemic failure of the corporate media to report the world honestly and accurately."

Wikispooks Comment

Media Lens was a major source of content and inspiration when setting up the Wikispooks site. It is highly recommended when researching Wikispooks related articles .

Media Lens is a website of note, not least because as of 18 May 2018 "Philip Cross" had made over 50% of the edits to its Wikipedia page, after which time he suddenly stopped.[1]
