Testing
I've installed the Dismissable site notice extension. It looks like it may be a simple no-server-load solution to global site status notifications. A potential problem is that it edits the system installation messages table so the use of templates within it needs testing, as does the use/non-use of the Notice ID facility' --Peter P (talk) 11:17, 5 May 2015 (IST)
