Career

"Mr. Paolo Zannoni serves as Secretary of Beretta Holding S.p.A. Mr. Zannoni served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Russia of Goldman Sachs Group Inc until September 30, 2015. He served as a Managing Director and Head of Italy Region at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. In 1979, Mr. Zannoni joined the Fiat Group as special assistant to the Chairman of the Board and in 1985 became President of Fiat Washington, Inc., in Washington (USA). In 1990, he moved to Moscow, to head Fiat's representative office in the USSR and returned to Italy in 1992 to take up the position of Senior Vice President for Development of International Affairs at the Fiat Group. In 1994, he left the Fiat Group. In October 2000, he was appointed as a Partner in Goldman Sachs. He serves as Chairman of Prysmian Group at Draka Holding N.V. He served as the Chairman of Prysmian S.p.A. (formerly Prysmian Cables and Systems). He serves as Director of Beretta Holding S.p.A. He served as a Director of Atlantia SpA until May 8, 2014. Mr. Zannoni graduated with honours in Political Science from Bologna University in 1972 and in 1976 obtained a Master's degree and M. Phil in Political Science from Yale University."[1]
