Philip L. Martin was on the panel discussing Migration at the 1992 Bilderberg.[1]


Philip Martin earned a Ph.D. in Labor and Agricultural Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1975.


He is Professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California-Davis and chair of the University of California's Comparative Immigration and Integration Program; he earned UCD's Distinguished Public Service award. He worked on labor and immigration issues for President Jimmy Carter. In 2005, he became the UN Special Representative for Migrant Workers.


Philip Martin has published some books that mention migration.
