German federal agency charged with preventing disease outbreaks

The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) is a German federal government agency and research institute, subordinate to the Federal Ministry of Health, tasked with disease control and prevention. Best known for its deadly human experiments on German colonial subjects, and on prisoners during the Nazi era, it was also active as an advisory body during Covid.

Its professor Christian Drosten was a central deep state actor in the creation of PCR "tests" necessary for creating the illusion of a Covid pandemic.

Colonial era

In 1883, Robert Koch went to Africa as a 39-year-old doctor, right at at the beginning of the colonial wars of the German Empire. His experiments took place in the framework of the military-economic conquest of colonies, i.e. the exploitation of people and mineral resources. He was also in contact with British colonial doctors, who already had more experience.

On behalf of the imperial government, he experimented with natives in South Africa and German East Africa. He tested the arsenic-containing agent atoxyl. It was known that it is toxic in high doses. Nevertheless, he gradually increased the dose, and accepted pain, blindness and the death of thousands of people. In order to examine around 1,000 patients a day, he isolated supposedly sick people in concentration camps, where there was a shortage of everything. No one knows how many people died because of these conditions alone."[1][2][3]

Third Reich

Between 1933 and 1945, the Robert Koch Institute was closely involved in National Socialist policies as a state research institution of the "public health" system.[4] In 1933 it was assigned to the Ministry of the Interior as the "Institute for Infectious Diseases", between 1935 and 1942 it was affiliated to the Reich Health Office, and until 1945 it was a "Reich Institute for the Control of Communicable Diseases" closely associated with the Wehrmacht and the SS.[5]

In 1933, six of the eight scheduled assistants were forced to leave because they were Jews; the leadership was almost completely replaced between 1933 and 1937. In research, in particular the development of vaccines against malaria and typhus, scientists worked closely with concentration camps and medical institutions "to get enough non-liveable personal material for these purposes," as a letter exchange between Eugen Haagen and Gerhard Rose, both prominent RKI researchers, called it.[5] According to the estimates of his own staff, the RKI doctor Claus Schilling infected about 1200 inmates in the Dachau concentration camp with malaria in order to test vaccines. Between 300 and 400 people died from these experiments.[6]

In 1991, on the occasion of its centenary, the subject was only briefly touched upon, and talked of only individual scientists were involved in unethical research. In 2008, a report from a historic commission established by RKI itself documented that almost everyone participated or remained silent, RKI President Prof. Dr. Jörg Hacker, admitted that:

We have to revise this assessment. We have to admit: it was not just like everywhere else, but worse...Cases of civil courage are not known."[6]

Standing Committee on Vaccination

Its Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) is a committee comprising 18 members at the Robert Koch Institute that provides official recommendations for the vaccination schedules used by the individual German states.

The legal basis for the STIKO is §20 of the Infection Protection Act. Members of the "expert" body are appointed by the Federal Ministry of Health in coordination with the state ministries of health. Additional expert representatives from the Paul Ehrlich Institute, and Federal and state ministries of health attend the meetings in an advisory capacity.[7]

In late 2023, a radical purge of STIKO was announced, where 12 out of 17 current members will have to leave before their period is up. While all for Covid jab for adults, STIKO had been much more restrained than health minister Karl Lauterbach when it came to children's Covid "vaccination".[8] The new members will be appointed by Lauterbach himself. Also, WHO "reforms", which is being vigorously pushed by Germany and especially by Karl Lauterbach, will provide for even faster approval and manufacturing procedures for "vaccinations", where they will be developed, "tested" and manufactured and injected using a turbo process in times of "health emergency". The old STIKO might have slowed down the process.[9]

RNA Vaccine“[...] also people will die in temporal connection with the vaccination. Then it is extremely important to find out whether the reason was the vaccination or another underlying disease. Because we will vaccinate the high-risk groups at the beginning. These are precisely the old and very old people, who of course also have a higher risk of dying, simply because they have already reached an advanced age.”Lothar Wieler5 December 2020
