Riadygate, also referred to as Chinagate or the 1996 United States campaign finance controversy, was a between Asian-Chinese organized crime and the Bill Clinton. The Lippo Group owned by overseas Chinese billionaire Mochtar Riady and his son James and Macau crime lord Ng Lap Seng were central actors, but the money might have involved the Taiwan and the People's Republic of China military intelligence service.
