World Anti-Doping Agency is a foundation initiated by the International Olympic Committee based in Canada, officially "to promote, coordinate, and monitor the fight against drugs in sports."

The organization habitually bows to deep state pressure in the New Cold War, letting U.S. athletes of lightly or scot-free, while going hard, or using invented evidence, against official enemies.
