It's not clear whether the Italian government has paid out any of those 100 million euros ($137 million) in civil damages. Thanks Terje, I've merged Aerolinee Itavia Flight 870 with this article. It's not clear whether the Italian government has paid out any of those 100 million euros ($137 million) in civil damages.
