Chip Tatum has alleged that George H. W. Bush instructed him to "neutralize" Ross Perot before the 1992 US election. He refused to do it and wrote a letter to Ross Perot. Ross withdrew from the election.Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag
