DOJ Says It Can Lie Under Oath
The following message accompanied to file:
Confirms that Category:FBI attempted to cover up a murder they committed against a civilian.
The file consists of a document that appears to be an order by the District of Utah Central Division of the US District Court in the matter of Plaintiff: Jesse Trentadue -v- Defendant: US Central Intelligence Agency.
The order cites a confirmed case (Islamic Shura Council of Southern California -v- FBI) of the US Government (through the FBI) providing "false and misleading information" and then claiming that it had authority to deliberately mislead the court.
Bizarre stuff indeed!
