Jacob "Jake" Collins is an American entrepreneur based in Malibu, California. He is the director of Covert Intelligence Service (CIS) and Tiny Stars, co-founder of NFTY Token, partner at WatersMark and Director of Development at Energy-INC Park.[1]
History
Collins began working in developing nations in 1997 through Mercy Ships, a non-governmental organization providing large maxilliofacial tumor surgery, cleft lip and cataract surgery as well as education and prevention services. In 2000, he "started several projects to work with existing laws and try to raise awareness for new laws to prosecute American [c]itizens committing atrocities abroad."[2]
He founded Covert Intelligence Service some time after that, working directly with agencies of the United States government to combat abusers of animal and human rights. Such agencies include the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).[3]
