He studied Law at Cambridge.
Career
He was deputy campaigns director of the Conservative Party before joining the infamous lobbying firm Hill and Knowlton in 2007. As Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister he claimed that he spent most of his day on 'crisis management'.[1]
