Simon Uralov is a Russian-born, L’viv-educated political analyst focused on Eurasian integration. He has worked, on “political and electoral” projects in, among other places, South Ossetia, Transdniestria, Kyiv, and Odessa, where he he was based, at least until the regime change in 2014.

Education

Uralov was born in 1979 in Novosibirsk. He studied at the Lviv University at the Russian Department of the Faculty of Philology, graduating in 2001.

Career

Since 1998, he has been involved in political, election and corporate projects. He worked in Western and Eastern Siberia, South Ossetia, Kyiv, Udmurtia, Odessa, the Komi Republic, St. Petersburg, Kharkov, Transnistria and the rest of Eurasia. [1][2]
